Our methodology
In order to avoid unpleasant surprises or unclear communication and to serve you in a swift manner we have developed our own customer methodology. Hereby we follow a few basic rules so that you can take full advantage of our smooth service.
- Analysis: Exploratory discussion
First we organize an exploratory meeting, in which we try to get a picture of the project and your needs.
- Structured plan & offer
Following the exploratory meeting, we work out a structured proposal and price quotation in which:
- We respect your needs and your budget.
- We therefore do not offer functionalities that aren’t necessary for the project.
- Proposal approval
After your agreement and signature we can start with the pre-design phase. In the meanwhile we will help you gathering all the necessary materials: texts, pictures, videos, etc...
- Preliminary graphic design
When we have received all your content, we will make a few pre-designs (mock-up). These mock-ups will be sent to you digitally by email or FTP access. Now you can examine the graphic proposals in great detail and give us your feedback. Based on your feedback we will do the necessary modifications until you are completely satisfied.
- Web development
We will only start with the main web development as soon we have received your approval on the functionality and the design.
- Testing, debugging and deployment
In the final phase of the project we check everything thoroughly for code bugs or inconsistencies. Hereby we dedicate our full attention to the smallest details. As soon we have finished the debugging phase we grant access to the client so that you can explore and test your website or application yourself. The completion of the project is done by your final approval and acceptance.
Note 1 (maintenance and monitoring)
- other languages can always be added later.
- Obviously you can always request for new functionalities, improvements or changes after the project is launched. This we see as a change request which we treat independently.
